At Delorice’s Florist, we take great pride in offering carefully curated pieces for your home and celebrations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange under the following guidelines.
Shipping & Order Processing
If items are currently in stock, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.
Returns & Store Credit
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Customers must contact Delorice’s directly to initiate the return process before sending any items back. Approved returns will be issued as store credit once the item has been received and inspected by our team.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist. To process a replacement or refund for damaged items, the following must be provided:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- The order tracking number
Once this information is reviewed, our team will determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.
Inspection & Processing
After returned merchandise is received and inspected by our team, you can expect either store credit issued to your account or another resolution as determined by Delorice’s.
